This is going to be a tad lengthy. My family and I went here this evening to celebrate a birthday. We had called the restaurant days prior to make a reservation for a party of 25-30 people. The restaurant employees and/or management were aware of the size of our party ahead of time and there was no indication that this would be a problem. However, when we get there and were seated, we see that only one server is tending to us. I go and ask the hostess if there is anyone else that is going to help the one server, and her words were "No! We don't have anybody else. We only have 2 servers tonight.". Again, the restaurant was aware of the amount of people in our party. So, the one server we had was pretty much running all over the place, trying to take care of us the best she could. We were at the restaurant 40 minutes before all drink orders were taken. The server's name is Brittany. Now, this person did the best she could to wait on us and get everything that we'd asked for and needed. I even got up and was refilling everyone's water drinks whenever we had a filled pitcher brought to our tables. This poor girl should not have had to do all of this work by herself, nor should a customer have to help. Also, whoever calculated her tickets of all the meals purchased at the end of the evening, because she did not do it, totally gypped her. It seems that whoever calculated the checks (most likely the hostess), only added an 8% tip to them, meaning this poor girl would hardly be getting anything from all the work she did on her own. Thankfully, some of us realized that the tip was way off and we added more to our checks when paying. My thing is this, if you know you are going to have a large party coming to your restaurant, then YOU NEED to ensure that you have enough people working to tend to your paying customers. As far as the food goes, what I had was not as good as I'd hoped, so that was a tad disappointing as well. I can't say that I would go here again, but if I do, I am definitely going to ask for Brittany. She was very patient and did ALL that she could to take care of us and did so with a smile on her face. So Brittany, thank you and God bless you hon! They don't deserve you there at...
Read moreOk so usually when I review a place it's normally 5 stars or 1 because I usually feel very strongly one way or another but this restaurant really has me on the fence. So I've tried it years ago and the first time I went the food was just awful I think I ordered the pad Thai and it was just bland and a little sweet. This time the food was good! My bf and I went to sit down and eat and we could tell the server was a little busy and by herself we even asked about it because we could relate to the situation we have both been in food service. But maaaan his coffee was cold and she asked me if I wanted a water when we ordered and never brought me one. We tried to catch her but it was almost like she was avoiding us going all the way to the other side of the restaurant to avoid our table, avoiding eye contact, walking really fast by us when she had to check on the table behind us (and ps checking on the other tables). We were confused on what was going on we caught the manager and asked him if he could grab him another cup of coffee and my water. It looked like the kitchen staff was helping her and that's who brought us our food. We never saw our server after she took our initial drink orders/food order and untill she rushed over to take us our bill. She didn't ask if we needed anything else or pick up our plates or even if we enjoyed everything. We are typically really good tippers as well always typically 15-30% depending how well the service was but we left...
Read moreI live 48 mins south from this place, but met my family here because they live 30 mins north. I was excited because they have Pho. I was nervous after reading reviews right before going, but I was so happy about the experience from walking in to leaving. The staff here was super nice! The food was so delicious. My Pho was great! My son and husband got General Tso w/ friend rice, extra spicy and both said it was good. Plus, they got a whole take out box of chicken and a pint of friend rice. The fried and steam pot stickers were delicious. The egg roles and veggie egg roles were amazing. My 4 year old for stir fried chicken and broccoli w/ no sauce and friend rice. He kept saying how good it was and literally ate all of his chicken and most of his broccoli. I have nothing bad to say and I’m so curious about what other people are or experienced because my family is hard to please and everyone was happy. BTW - I only got a picture of my sons chicken because I brought it...
