Tractor Supply in Tifton is one of the best Tractor Supplies I have ever had the opportunity to shop at. The customer service is excellent and I have a story which I know is rare in reference to franchise stores. I am the owner of a small business which makes deliveries and after some bad weather one evening one of our delivery drivers got a truck of ours stuck. We did not have a snatch rope and it was at about 8 or 9 pm... I cant remember but it was late . I'm not sure the exact day but long story short Tractor Supply was closing and I called about a snatch rope and a manager told me they were closed but said he would have one waiting for me at the front door Once I arrived. I told him I was about 15 minutes away and he told me not to worry he would wait. Now that is customer service and he is one awesome employee that Tractor Supply should appreciate as his customers actually are of value to him. I came to look for a kayak after going to 3 different Walmarts in 3 different towns. I saw one here that I liked, but was going to come back if I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else.
