KFC — Restaurant in Tifton

Well, I will not return to this location. First, the older lady who took our order was beyond rude us. If she smiled, it would have killed her. We have been waiting for our food half an hour, still sitting and waiting right now! Currently my dad went and asked when the food would be ready. It’s been half an hour now. She snapped at him told him he needs to wait. Other people got their foods before us, when they had their orders taken after us. Her customer service is absolutely horrible! I worked in HR and would fire her on the spot. She is blaming all the workers and raising her voice to them in-front of the customers. We finally received our food they plopped down the trays. All of our food we paid for isn’t here. Missing biscuits and cookies. The place is not clean. All table dirty and flood horrible. Whoever the supervisor is, needs to be fired as well or trained. He is now fighting with the rude lady who took our order. He’s raising his voice at her telling her to stop. She’s raising her voice at him and saying inappropriate things. This KFC needs to handled ASAP. Someone from corporate please...

I truly DESPISE this place! 😠 Although I've had about 3 months to calm down, there's no better word to describe the way I feel about KFC IN TIFTON GA! My fiance and I take care of his 84 year old grandmother; She asked that we get KFC and have a family dinner at her house. Her wish was our command, as we did just that, but with half of our food missing because of the carelessness of an employee at KFC. We called, complained, and surprisingly was promised to get that exact meal made over when we came back to tifton. (We live 20 miles away in the country.) Well, two days later we did just that! Sadly, kfc made the SAME exact mistake, & the SAME sides were missing AGAIN. Grandma was really just wanting the coleslaw, and after two attempts at Kfc for a simple, premade, and cold bowl of coleslaw, the poor old lady went without again. Who wouldn't be furious? I brought my grandson here on a Friday evening around 630 pm and I wanted crispy and was told there was a 9 minute wait. I didn't mind at all bc crispy is out favorite. It was a little less than that to wait. We had pulled up to a space and the gentleman who brought it out was so fun! I wish I could remember his name. He's young, slender and tall. He said " you're going to like that. It's fresh. But be careful, it's very hot." He mainly said that to the 8 year old. He then asked if we wanted hot sauce or honey or jelly or anything we wanted and I told him that the Dr said I couldn't have hot sauce anymore but my 8 year old said " well I can" so the gentleman said he would get hot sauce for the 8 year old, honey for me and jelly for everyone and he went all the way back in just for that!
