Serenitea — Restaurant in Tifton

This is the only review I've ever posted that's less than 4 stars because I don't like to be that person. My family and I were driving home from Florida yesterday and stopped by this place on a whim. My brother went in before me and after trying his tea, I decided to go in and grab one for myself because it was delicious. The cashier seemed nice enough until their machine declined my card multiple times. He was insistent it was my card, though I knew that wasn't the case. But as someone who has worked food before I tried to be understanding and offered to go back to the car to get another card. When I came back, he confirmed it was their machine but did not apologize in the slightest. But I still tipped well because I felt bad. I sat and patiently waited for 20 minutes, until I noticed someone who ordered after me get their drink. So then I politely went to the counter with my receipt, and asked the girl making drinks where mine was. Turns out she had finished making it while I had gone back to my car, and it had just been sitting there the entire time. Once again, no apology, she just looked at me like I was the one burdening her. The ice was all melted but at this point I didn't care so I just walked out. Very disappointed. Would've asked to had my tip refunded had I not been rushed by my family to get out so we could get back on the road. Good tea,...

Fantastic addition to the Tifton area. Flavors are wonderful! Recommend the great apple tea. The taiyaki is delicious! Super nice staff. Very clean store. I visited this place twice in one day and spent more than I probably should. It was well worth it! Hoping they stick around! For those of you complaint about the price, it is actually quite affordable. If $4.75 is too much for you to spend, I recommend sticking to McDonald's dollar menu. You can ask for less ice. All these things people are complaining about are easily fixed if you just open your mouth and say something. You also need to take into account that the jellys, bubbles and etc cost extra to add in. So, the prices for these drinks are actually better than most places I've been. So kudos to Serenitea for being so wonderful! Very well done!...

I’m from the Metro- Atlanta area, and my son and I are total foodies. We had looked for a Boba Tea spot before in Tifton with no luck, and this is Year 4 for us here. I don’t know what made my son google search it again, and that’s when we became aware of this place only 5 mins from where we live. Absolutely have fell in love with the place. So beautifully laid out, such a friendly staff. We tried the Strawberry Milk Tea with regular boba and the Coffee Milk Tea with coffee boba. And they were both delicious, and on our second visit we tried the Taiyaki soft serve in Vanilla and Chocolate with toppings and it was delicious! So glad to have this establishment in our...
