I often times come to this restaurant when I’m in town and I order an off menu item it is a buffalo chicken pizza rolly I don’t get it all the time, but I enjoy it when I am able to. I walked in today and I asked if they could Could make it and they went and asked the owner as they always do or whoever’s in charge and the owner said no, which I was fine with until three employees told him that they make this order frequently and they have no problem doing it. They just wanted to know how much he wanted to charge because apparently he charges different prices for this order. And he flat out, said no It’s not like he was gonna have to make the order or it took some extra special out of the box thing to accomplish this pizza. All they had to do was take some chicken and put some buffalo sauce on it and roll it up to make it he has every right to deny anyone service it is his business, but I promise you this will be the last time I step foot in that restaurant not only me, but also including my family I didn’t have a problem with him not wanting to do it. I had a problem when people spoke up and said that they could do it and it was no problem and he just flat out refused not for any other reason then he didn’t feel like he didn’t feel like saying yes or thinking for two seconds on what he was gonna charge and anyone that I talk to from here on out about that restaurant it will be a negative connotation and I will tell them this exact story. I was not asking for anything crazy or super special or anything that would’ve took any more time than anything else that he makes in fact, it probably would’ve been a lot simpler than some of the things he makes Only your business is about taking care of the customer if I had asked for something crazy outside the box I would completely understand, but I promise all I asked was for a buffalo chicken pizza and I will never set foot in that...
Read moreSo I called to place an order for a cheese steak hoagie. I told the young lady I wanted lettuce tomato and mayo also. I told her I wasn't sure what they call it in the south but up north that's what it's called and I explained all the details of what I was talking about. So I ended up with something called the Chicago. I'm from NJ lol never heard of it. The young lady was sweet about the whole ordeal. It wasn't until I asked to speak to a manager that I got a rude lady with a passive aggressive attitude. When I brought the sandwiches back she stated.."We gave you what you asked for. You wanted a Philly cheese steak." Like lady I explained to you what I wanted and also stated that idk what you call it down here. So based of my explanation than you being "PROFESSIONAL" could have simply said yes ma'am I know what you are talking about and got my order for me. Then told me I had to pay extra for lettuce and tomatoes which when I made my initial order I wasn't told that and my initial order still didn't have it anyway smh. I just feel like if you are going to be in management and deal with customer/guest issues than address them with courtesy and understanding. It would have been different if I came at her rude and disrespectful but I didn't. Definitely a...
Read moreThe place is due for a remodel, but with that said.... Its a great little place! They offer sandwiches, pizza, spaghetti and salads. They also have a kids menu that's realistic. They also offer a variety of desert options. You can dine in, carry out, and order ahead. To order, after reviewing the menu, you tell the cashier at the counter and they write it up and give you a call ticket. When it is ready, they bring your order out to you (but give you your drink cups at the time you order, with all you can drink, you just have to get up and refill it yourself). They served coke products and tea (sweet and unsweetened) here. (Not sure about alcoholic options, as I wasn't looking-sorry.) Everything was very clean here, and I noticed that they got a 96 on their last restaurant inspection. The inside was well lit, except for the back hall. They have spot lighting over the tables and lots of windows so there was lots of natural light. (Not sure how this translates to night time dining as we came at lunch time on Saturday.) The air conditioning was comfortable, neither too hot or too cold. The bathrooms are very clean, but very small. I don't think you could get a wheel chair in the restroom. But the service was pretty good here. I would...
