The following is a review written by my daughter:
I was highly disappointed by the poor service Little Caesars had to offer. My family and I were fasting the entire day and I had planned to have veggie pizzas delivered from them to have for dinner after breaking our fast. Mind you, this was our very first time ordering pizza from Little Caesars, and our first time ordering food from a restaurant ever since the COVID-19 outbreak back in March of 2020. I ordered the pizzas and they were set to arrive 15 minutes before we were to start eating, but when I opened the boxes (whose delivery was contactless, despite the fact that I requested it to be delivered directly by hand at the door), we were shocked by the sight of pepperoni on what I was sure to be completely vegetarian pizzas. We’re a Muslim family, hence why we can’t eat that pepperoni that was put on the pizza, and, naturally, my whole family was upset by this. We called the restaurant immediately to inform them of this, and asked if there was anything that could be done in this situation; the person on the line ended up referring us to DoorDash instead of their higher up at Little Caesars, since the only thing we could do according to them was to “dispute DoorDash” even though the source of the problem was Little Caesars itself, and DoorDash and the delivery person had nothing to do with the issue at hand. We ended up being put on hold for more than 15 minutes while we broke our fast with leftovers, and in the end, they ended up offering us nothing but a refund as compensation. Even with that refund, they refused to give us back the money right away, saying it had to be “approved first”. What makes it even worse is the fact that we didn’t want a refund in the first place; we wanted our original meal. Had we not had food from the day before, we wouldn’t have had something ready to eat that evening at all. My family relied on that order partially, if not almost completely. Whether this was a mistake they refused to solve properly or a racially motivated problem, then in the most respectful way possible, the way the situation was handled was absolutely terrible in my opinion. We didn’t get the pizza or service we asked for, and this is the first and last time we’re going to be ordering from Little Caesars. 0/10, would...

DO NOT GO HERE! THE PIZZA IS FAR FROM EDIBLE OR GOOD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD! They refuse to take accountability for anything wrong they do (including having paper?! on a pizza and burning the other one)
One pizza had paper on it!!!
The other one was burned, and the boxes were filthy. The location is disgusting and it looks like a metro station with weird stains everywhere. The app said it was ready for pick up, and yet i had to wait 20 min anyways, with only 1 client there!
When i spoke to Kevin, supposedly the general manager, he was extremly rude and refused to do anything helpful. He said he will not refund and he wanted me to drive for him to replace those disgusting pizzas with other disgusting pizzas.
The service ruined my family dinner and his very rude attitude towards a customer who only wants their $20 back for PAPER AND BURNED PIZZA ruined another day. He said he'll get me in contact with his superior, but of course that never happened. I tried to contact their customer support and they don't answer here.
Moral of my story: DO NOT GO HERE! THE PIZZA IS FAR FROM EDIBLE OR GOOD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS...
Read more4-9-2023 At 12:02 when I entered store. Going in for a hot n ready pizza for the quick service. The pizzas are hot and ready. But not one employee greeting or taking orders. I could hear three people having a casual conversation. So I positioned my body in point of view so they could see me. They were so concentrated on talking to one another, I went unnoticed. So I started to leave. As I do I see the girl employee wall around front. I thought cool, i guess I'll order. She walks to her rockstar energy, stairs directly into my eyes. She then proceeds to open the drink and take a big chug, all the while looking right at me. She then after consuming and filling her face proceeds back to the prep station for pizza and starts handling food, with out washing her hands. What makes things worse is that I walked back to where shes could see me. Then she whispers to the other employee that there is a customer. At this point I'm done with the hands not being washed I dont even care about being ignored. I'm just glad that happened so can witness it. My time stamp is exact date and time. Watch the camreas. I'm the big dude...
