Rasmia, the cashier, needs to be fired immediately.
I was buying two pillows and next to the pillows had a sign that said âask cashier for couponâ. So I get to the cashier, ask Rasmia about the coupon and mention I have a phone number for my kohls account. She goes âI can get you 30%â and asks to scan my ID, which I gave to her bc idk my guard is down buying pillows at a kohls? Maybe this is the new way they look up your account?? No - Then she turns the card reader screen around and asks me to put in my social security number and I was like uh no absolutely not???
At this point I realized she was signing me up for a credit card without once mentioning thatâs what she was doing. Literally the only words out of her mouth up to this point was âI can get you 30%â.
At this point Iâm telling her the only thing Iâm giving her is my phone number to look up my account - she turns the card reader around and asks for my email this time! Iâm like NO lady, Iâm not signing up for anything!
And THEN, finally, she asks me to input my phone number to look up my account.
There are probably so many people getting taken advantage of by this literal scammer at the Kohls checkout line. Hardly said any words to me other than directions to fill things in on the screen and to scan my ID - which I even regret now letting her do like wth does Kohls need with my ID scanned? Someone more unsuspecting would end up with a new credit card. Crazy to see that kind of...
Read moreIf I could give ZERO stars I would! Not even within five minutes of being inside the store did 5 employees walked up to me saying âdo you need helpâ as Iâm literally looking at clothes, shoes and Fitbit watches. Not even a help do you need a help but more of Iâm going to have my employees keep engaging customers to the point they are annoyed and leave. I grab a Fitbit and put it in my cart and go to look at shoes. I find 2 pairs and am trying them on, when I walk to a full size mirror to see how they look I get back and realize someone removed the Fitbit from my cart. I only see the cleaning lady so I ask her and she said she did not. So I walk and grab another watch and then this lady who has already asked me if I needed help came up and tried to grab the Fitbit watch and said they need to go up front. I told her thatâs not an issue if you would of just said that instead of snatching it out my cart. Her name was Ashley I believe and real bad customer service, I went off and left the shoes and shirts I was going to buy as well as the watch. I wonât be back and thatâs probably why this location was so slow because you nag...
Read moreThis store is full of racist and prejudice staff. My mother and I were followed around the entire time we shopped there. The staff was rude and no one offered to help us with anything but they had no problems following us and trying to coerce me into getting a credit card. My mother is a nurse manager and I am a medical student. She has a Kohlâs credit card holder but was treated like a thief. We both made several purchases despite this but I donât feel comfortable coming back here and wouldnât advise that others support this location. Even the Sephora staff was rude and also nosy and not helpful. I expressed that I wasnât sure about my email or phone number for the rewards and received no help. The cashier just tried to figure out where I was coming from and what I did before I moved hereâŚ
The staff pretended to be doing busy work everywhere we went. From the shoe department to the decorations and womenâs clothing. We didnât make a mess and put everything back where we found it afterwards.
Iâll make a more detailed review of my experience...
