How does a city hall even exist and have zero reviews ? I grew up in Brevard County after being born in Melbourne then raised and educated in Titusville. I moved away from here spending about 15 years between Orlando and Nashville. I'm back now and just opened my first Titusville Business ,321 Audio . Needing to work with City Hall to get all set up and licensed I believe I'm qualified to give them a review. While most people there have been most helpful, like the wonderful lady at City Hall with the British accent. People have died at this intersection as they have no other recourse than to cross in front of turning or oncoming cars. I've had to do this too.
