No exaggeration, Joanne is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Me and my father came all the way from Australia to see Tombstone and the time and care she took to talk us through her wares was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Very rarely do you meet someone who cares so deeply about the history of the town they are in or the experience of their customers. I went in the this store with my husband and two kids. My 3 year old son was looking at some kind of light up laser toy or something and I told him to put it back and he did but as we walked away, it fell over. The woman working in there tried to accuse me of purposefully dropping it and clearly didn’t believe it had just fallen. She was very rude and it wasn’t even a packaged item. A bit of understanding and less accusing would’ve been nice. I hope in the future, she doesn’t immediately approach someone with rudeness and...

Visited over the holiday season and while the store is awesome, they don’t have the capacity to take credit/debit/gift cards that swipe (no chip). I’ve been here several times over the past two years and loved it, but once the cashier said they don’t take cards that swipe, she got very frustrated and borderline rude that I didn’t have an alternative payment method.
