Jamie and Jasmine int the store have been amazing with me on trying to get me a mattress that will work for me after my back surgery. They are very friendly and go out of their way.
Now for the call center because I had to order my mattress online...are very disappointed... and evidently don't keep track of stuff very well bec they told me my order was canceled on the 20th due to not being able to verify a few things and sent me an email. But they called my references on the 21st and the 20th at about 4 and 6pm. Which all my references verified my address and employer. So tell me...why did you call and verify my references if my order was canceled on the 20th. I had to reorder my mattress and all my references have to be called again to re-do the process. This is not good business by your call center. Due to the simple fact one - some people have issues where they are not worried about checking E-mail like myself having back surgery. So maybe you need to put forth the effort and call your customers. James at the call center and the supervisor I talked and Ron were very polite and I was not mad at them...but I was trying to explain to them that nothing of what they told me was correct due to the fact that if my order was canceled on the 20th why were they calling my references on the 21st and the 20th. Also maybe you should consider taking a bit more effort and calling your customers and if you have already taken verified all of a customer's even after the fact there is no reason you can not...
Read moreI went in with my mom and and girlfriend to check out what they had and to my surprise was stocking Gaming PC’s. So I asked the store manager if they will have one in particular in stock when I got paid and she said “Oh yes, this is a college town so we always have these in stock”. So I go in to get one delivered to me and noticed the one I looked at had been returned. But I thought I was going to be getting a new unit seeing how it’s a gaming rig and not a refrigerator or a tv. Make a long story short I got the used item at my house and noticed it had been stripped, I immediately called and talked to Jaimie the mgr and she told me she would personally go and pick up a brand new one for me to pick up today to exchange. I show up and she was very rude to me and lied right in front of her employees saying she never said that. I asked why they tried to sell a piece of junk to me and her excuse was “well we have new employees so would you like a refund?” Instead of honoring her word and trying to fix the situation she basically said F it and here is your money so get out. Read moreCurrently rent a computer. As soon ad I figure out how to factory reset I'll be taking it back (used to access things for work and don't trust them not to steal my employees identity). They blow your phone up, disrespect you, and will even call your job and harass you. I tried arrons about 8 years ago and this is the same experience so now I'm convinced it's the company and not the store alone. RUDE WORKERS WHO SHOULD REALIZE CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON THEY HAVE A PAYCHECK! Don't want a response. And will warn everyone about the type of company arrons is. It has now been 6 months since I've gone through this company. I paid the computer IN FULL just to get them to leave me alone. They still send emails, texts, and I've received multiple phone calls. I have told them about all the reason I will never go through this company as a whole (btw corporate nor the store care) and yet they call again 1 week-1 month later. I'm about to speak with an attorney about harassment. Appearntly this company thinks if they annoy you enough you'll come back.
