I want to say the salesman at the rally house is on point a great and productive salesman who I highly recommend anyone visiting the store talk to. Hi name is David Boyce .He works at the one on 21st. Like a good car salesman he knows how to move the products off the racks and self and money into his jobs owners pocket. My name is Marcos Adan Cruz. I visited there 3 times this month. And let me explain the joy and content satisfaction I experienced while shopping at the best local store for fanatics in Topeka. I will say he worked with me several times and though I know I had a limit for myself. I sure went the extra mile with him with the deals he helped me persuade myself to purchase more. And I'm not messed u about it either. I dress to impress and pose to be chose. This polite informative employee worked with me and I'm highly enthusiastic about my next visit and eager to keep spending. Like a car salesman get promotions for moving cars off and moves up the corporate ladder , this experienced salesman or what I got my own understanding off my own conclusion from dealing and negotiating with this man is he knows how to move the products right into your bag and cash into the investment of the owner and organization of the teams who create the great quality of products we wear and use. They provide money back into the teams organizers and bosses who keep the ball rolling and moving forward in these businesses. I'm intelligent and this man sales negotiating with me moved me into not only spending but to be a loyal customer and contributor who helps put back into teams organization thru loyalty to the products these great business people put together through teamwork that makes dreams work, faith and loyalty to my favorite teams. I highly recommend to ask for this great salesman to anyone who shops there. Mr. David Boyce. And to the people who he's sales merchandise for. This man deserves a promotion, and to move up on the teams ladder of business. His insight of the teams and the products he moves swiftly,(speaking from experience) I know he can help in the development of fellow employees and with decisions of prices of products. If something might not move and is stagnant on shelf or rack, this man will help get u and others there money's worth of shopping experience. Read moreThis store is a great resource for sports wear and Kansas souvenirs however it is a claustrophobic experience to shop here as it full to the brim. There is barely room to walk. Another issue is with one of the staff. A large overbearing woman who was micro-managing the clerk who was helping me with an EXCHANGE of a shirt gifted to my husband. She would not allow an exchange without a gift receipt and our son had removed the tags. She was not friendly nor apologetic. It was not bought somewhere else! Or shoplifted for that matter which seemed to be her concern. I was embarrassed by her demeanor and tone. I will not go back. This woman was happy to let me leave as a dissatisfied customer.
Update 03-20-23 Today I took the Tshirt back to the store in an attempt to exchange & get the next size up for my husband. Again, I was denied. No surprise. My son bought the shirt the first week in March so their trash was long ago gone. I had to order another Tshirt in the next size up and do an online pickup. I paid for it, a second shirt I and have a second that doesn't fit!! If anyone is interested in a HISTORY REPEATS IT-SELF KU Tshirt I can give you a good price. Again, I am DISAPPOINTED! Read moreI gave 2 stars because 2 of your employees were somewhat helpful and their attitudes represented the store well. But your inventory is very lacking. And you have so much of the same thing packed in tight. I felt like I was in a crowded flea market. Stuff hanging over other stuff. Thankfully I didn’t have to suffer the smell of incense. The store is not well organized. I could put many more products on the floor and have the store more fully stocked without making customers feel like they are trapped in a tiny little closet. It’s truly a wonder y that you are still in business. Your online sales must be very good.
