I drove 30 minutes to return 4 items ordered from 3 different online orders and exchange a gift that was too large that I received from my daughters. All items had original tags on them and were purchased with my Maurices card. I had no receipts with me, never do. In the past I gave the employees my phone number and they would pull me up and go from there. Always great experiences and never a problem until my last visit to this store and now today. Today I had to have my receipt or the order numbers I was told. No exceptions. No biggie, but it did annoy me. I couldn't get my Maurice's orders to come right up because I was flustered so I decided to take my things and leave. Before my daughter and I left I confirmed that I needed a receipt in order to EXCHANGE my GIFT for a different size and through the managers clenched teeth she looked me dead in the eye and told me "ESPECIALLY IF IT's a GIFT!" I spend a solid grand or more a year here and my daughter was standing off to the side waiting to try on about $250 more when this outstanding customer service took place. We left and I returned 20 minutes later with my order numbers, returned the 4 items, and left with that too large gift of mine. We will NEVER go back and I definitely won't be sporting my closet full of Maurices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BETH NEXT DOOR AT BLING GLAMOUR FOR ALL OF YOUR ADORABLE GIRLY NEEDS....
