Mobile Wave — Local services in Topeka

Had 2 phones repaired there a year and a half apart. Both with cracked screens. Got the first one back, and the front facing camera wasn't properly aligned, leaving only a small oval of a picture showing. Called to get it fixed, since they had done the work, and got a quote for the work instead. Decided to eat the loss and move on. Then I made the mistake of going back with a different phone some time later, assuming the last experience was a one off. Called and got a quote, but apparently got misheard, as the price for the screen I actually needed was $80 higher. Sucks, but hey, they could fix it next business day. Had a friend pick up the phone since she was in town, get it home, and I don't have a Sim card. Had to leave work early and drive 40+ miles to go pick up my Sim that somehow got overlooked. Needless to say, I'm extremely underwhelmed, and won't be back. Added a star back due to the screen replacements themselves being done, with fast turnaround. Not that it helped at all with getting my phone in...

These guys are really great, they are friendly, knowledgeable, they work on just about anything, they'll work with you too so you don't kill your budget. It's hard to find people to trust when it comes to any kind of electronics these days, especially if you're one of the great multitude of people who have been victimized by smiling faces and found later on that it cost you a whole lot more than just leaving you with dust motes in your wallet for a month or two. Trust me when I say that I know what it feels like to look back and wonder why I believed trusting anyone with MY electronics containing everything about me was ever an option that I thought was a good idea. But these guys didn't just do me right. They earned my thanks and accolades I'm a repeat customer for as long as I have need of electronics....

I took my phone in (Note 9) after it fell in the jacuzzi. The screen went black and was making strange noises. I could not get it to come back on. I searched a few businesses online and after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to go with Mobile Wave. I was pleasantly greeted and very confident in them fixing my phone.

They kept me updated throughout the 9 days on what things would cost to make sure it was ok to proceed. I am BEYOND HAPPY with this company!! They fixed my phone and everything was still there!!
