I bought a chain and diamond pendant here a while ago that cost me over a thousand dollars. I told the black guy that works here that persuades and pressures everyone to buy and tries to sell you everything that the choice of chain won’t fit the bail of the pendant so he ensured me that he can resize the opening so I said ok. He took my diamond pendant to the back and tried to stretch my hard, solid gold bail to fit the chain and left dings and dents in the gold. I was really interested in the piece because it was very beautiful and exactly what I wanted so at that point, although I was unhappy about that I still bought it because it was the only thing like it in the store. It still upsets me to this day every time I look at it because he ruined a perfect piece all because he was so money hungry. Also as I wore this piece for a while it started to turn a dark purple and blue and green color which was very strange to me considering the price. I would never go back there and buy anything again!! They resized my ring which i was ok with but i notice that the diamond was comimg off (it was slanted) and i kept on telling the manager that but she ignored me MUTILPLE times and said "I WAS TRIPPING" its your eyes.
