Most of these reviews are wrong. Based on my experience here anyway. We came here to get fitted for tuxedos for a wedding. That went smoothly. Until the point when we where supposed to pick up the tuxedo. I gained some weight to o thought i would go in within a few days of my pick up date. I was greeted by a gentleman so I told him my situation and his response was a thing that took me by suprise (note that i paid the full cost of the tux when i got fitted for it) he told me I would have an extra charge if i needed and extra alterations because the wedding was in 7 days. (Now ive dealt with a different MW location and i enjoyed my experience with them so much more.) So i agree thinking okay how mich could have changed. Maybe just 1 measurement was off by a bit. So the lady that took the measurement told me it will be no problem we can fix that when i come to pick up the tux. (She was probably the nicest person that works there and the only reason why i feel bad for writing this review).i recieved great customer service from her! The day i come back to get my tux i give them my id they get my tux everything goes smoothly until i get told i owe 10 dollars. So i am flabbergasted and questioning if i paid in full in the past. Long story short she called corporate and it all worked out. No payment needed. 3 days before the wedding my friend called 9 times. 1 time someone picked up and hung up the phone on him. So he stopped in and questioned them about his tux. He had his receipt showing that he paid for it already. Turns out they cant spell Michael correctly. That does not make up for hanging up or not picking up the phone after 9 tries. The icing on the cake was the day before the wedding the bride gets a phone call "yeah we have a shirt that belongs to michael here and he needs to pick it up it goes with his tux" i do not get how this place does business with anyone. Neglecting phone calls. Spelling simple names wrong. Rude comments. Lacking a manager on duty for every shift. This place is out of control. If you can find an alternative place go there. We recently went at 7:30 for a wedding suit appointment. There were no instructions on the confirmation email so I did have to bother an employee while working if there was someone I needed to talk to or something to do for a wedding suit fitting. He ignored my question and asked "purchase or rental?" I said purchase to try and get things rolling but he just threw his hands up defensively and said "we will be with you as soon as we can." After a small wait, a different employee asked if he could help, this was after both employees talked to customers who walked in after us. We explained the frustration of having an appointment and he asked the same question "purchase or rental?" We said that's what the appointment was for! Then he asked if we signed in yet, which to be fair, in the back of the store there was a QR code poster that did say sign in, and we didn't see it. But guess who was standing behind the poster? The first person I asked about what to do! We didn't mention his ignorance but then an argument started about who said what and he made me feel like a liar, so why even bother getting serviced by employees like that, do you think they are going to do a good job? In hindsight, I should have read the reviews about this crew because it seems like they would have botched the job anyway. So we just used this same Google service and found a place nearby and got a suit selected, fitted, matched with tie/shirt, and paid for all within 40 minutes. Read moreHere we go… I booked tuxes for my wedding with my groomsmen a year in advance..A YEAR. All my groomsmen shockingly got fitted immediately. I was told a year ago the week of everything will all be ready. As we got closer to the date they told me two days prior they will be ready which I thought was no problem. I show up two days prior and only mine was in.I had my rehearsal Lunch the next day and all my groomsmen showed up and said they didn’t have their tuxes. My groomsmen the next day had to leave my rehearsal lunch early to get their tuxes only to sit there and wait for 2 hours because they were “so busy”. They showed up and the guy who was fitting everyone made them sign in on a sheet to wait to be seen. They spent nearly 2 and a half hours to just pick up there tux and make sure it fit. Half of the groomsmen had issues with the sizes, pants to long, jacket sleeves to long, and one of the under vests underneath didn’t match the other groomsmen. This left them no time to fix it considering the wedding was the next day. When I asked calmly why did it not come in on time the continuous answer was “we are slammed right now and so busy” I’m not one to sit here and write bad reviews considering I had previous weddings in the past I attended and was in and went through them with no issues. They were late on bringing us the tuxes and of course you know they Charged 3 of my groomsmen late fees because they didn’t bring it back right away the next day. I suggest you stay away since they are SO BUSY and won’t be considerate to help you. They had a year to get this done in a timely manner and didn’t come through until the day before.
