First time going here...needed a body filler. Employees kept pushing the original filler and we explained a few times that wasn't what we needed. I showed a picture, the SKU numbers matched but you could clearly see it wasn't what I was looking for. The body filler says "body filler" and has a car on it. It's for SPECIFIC repairs that we had a need for. It was a little frustrating because words mean things and when the original filler says it's for dents and scrapes...that's what it's for. When the body filler says it's for rust spots and rust outs....that's what it's for...and that's what we needed. It seems like they don't have their inventory aligned with the correct SKU #'s. Read morePoor customer service.....no staff on the floor to help. Talked to a manager about a tool and she had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of helping me find the tool she pointed me in the direction it might be. I ended up leaving and buying the tool on Amazon. That was my second expierence. My first experience was taking a tag up to purchase a lift to find out they were sold out. I was told my options were to drive an hour away to the nearest store or to come back in a few days and they might have it in. Thanks but no thanks.
