I went to him for a broken iPhone 11, paid $130+ when I could’ve easily gone to my cellular service and paid $5 for the insurance, and was returned a phone with no service, completely dead. They claimed that the phone was so broken, something within the phone had broken regarding the cellular service. They didn’t have the decency to tell me right away but rather, when I went back.
