The Jewelry Center in the Galleria Mall ( Walden) is the best. I bought a silver herringbone necklace in 2019, and I never had a issue until the clasp broke. The staff was wonderful. I didn't have enough money at the time but they still serviced the piece. I would highly recommend the spot. I will be back to purchase a new bracelet....
