This place can be great for convenience when your already at the mall for another errand, because, they sometimes have great deals and special items that I can't find at the other Target but, the customer service can be lacking, unfriendly and rude. It's the complete opposite from what I found at the spring valley store and I only go there when items are unavailable at spring valley location because the customer service is not friendly and not helpful. I always have to flag someone down to help me find my groceries or just to check me out at the customer service desk for online pick up. It is easier, to not deal with the employees here and order online and pick up. However, the online pick up can be a mess as well because you already paid for the items and receive the pick up email but, you never know if they will have your products actually ready for you or if an employee will actually be at the service desk so you can get your items. Often, the items are misplaced and it takes them a long time to find your product or the product is completely wrong or expired. I have to check all items that I receive from this store, just to make certain I'm not receiving expired or open goods. It is very disappointing because, I always had great customer service from the spring valley store. I just feel that the management needs to have an overhaul so they can train and hire employees that have basic customer service skills and quality control to remove expired foods...
Read moreWe just got back from Black Friday shopping and we saw a sign that said “beat wirless” for $89. It ended up being 179 and that they put the wrong sign on the headphones. The sign wasn’t even specific to begin with and that they should’ve stated which headphones were 89 and which ones were 179. We spoke to an employee named Leslie and she had an attitude towards us, saying that the sign was wrong and if we want it or not in a rude way. She yanked the sign and said “there’s your correct sign.” When we told her we will be speaking to cooperate about her behavior she said to go ahead. She also shouted at another customer who also thought the beat solos were 89 that it was actually 179 and the customer ended up returning them. Instead of offering me the 89 dollar price for putting the wrong sign on the headphones or giving me a discount, she spoke to me in an unprofessional way and had disregards towards how she treated customers. I spoke to Teresa, the manager, over the phone she was very understanding about the situation. I also spoke to cooperate as well. All I can say is I am very disappointed and that next time they should label their...

Me: hi, where is the exit? Employee 1: walks past us deliberately ignoring.
Me: ok? So, no exit? Lol Employee 1: saunters off
Me: (sees next employee ) hi - is there an exit? Employee 2: no sorry the mall exit is closed Me: right. But we dont live here and need to be out. Im walking in circles and cant find an exit. Employee 2: oh. You want an exit. Me: yes. An exit. A singular exit to leave. Any exit. Employee 2 points and says as I walk away: you dont have to yell at me Me: turns around. Im sorry? Yelled at you? Thats false. You perceived it as I walked away in the direction you gave me and confirmed vocally for you. Should I have whispered so you dont hear me?
No answer.
You cant even interact with anyone anymore because everyone has hurt feelings and dont know how to people. Sad as heck that there is a clear lack of understanding human interactions or willingness to speak. Mind you, I am polite all the time and understand the introvert life so this aint it. This was...
