Dewitt Town Center — Local services in Town of De Witt

On Friday 1/26/24, I brought my daughter & her step sister to attend the Glow event at Skyzone. My mother & I dropped the girls off at Skyzone & waited for a while, left & returned around 9:45pm to pick the girls up from Skyzone. The staff were welcoming,the facility was clean & the premise was safe for the children. There were numerous adults supervising the children, a waiver was appropriately signed after I spoke to an employee on the phone...

The bad: the servers were inattentive to everything except plates sometimes. I wanted a long time for water. And then after I got that, they never refilled the whole time until I could get their attention shortly before leaving.

The good: everything else. The food was hot and fresh. The wait for them to refil empty foods was very short. The fruit was very fresh. I enjoyed myself other than being thirsty...

Petco should know that Tiffany is the most knowledgeable and helpful employee they have and if it weren't for her polite and respectful service I'd be more than likely looking for another place to buy my fish and aquarium needs. I've been a loyal customer for years and the last times before the 2/3/20 I left without buying anything . She's the only person you don't have to hunt down and beg...
