You'd think that a store that sells tools would hire employees that know about tools. I went in to see if I could get help on which tool to use for a project that I was attempting to do myself. Well, I was wrong. When two women attempted to help me without success, I was told by the second woman that she'd have the male cashier come help me. I stood there waiting and watching him so that I was ready for him to help me when he was done. Never happened. Read moreI don't often review, but the horrible and rude treatment I was given at the Dewitt NY store made me leave this. I was going to check out, 5-6 people in line, I was towards the back. A lady called for a new register opening, no one came over for about 15 seconds after she called it. After I came over and was standing there, she told me I had to wait for someone who came over from the other side after me. I left without what I wanted to buy.
