Bought a navy blue T-shirt while on vacation last week. Got it home and washed it only to find a giant fade mark from where the sun hit the fold that wasn’t noticeable upon purchase. Called the store and they refused to help in any way because I had washed it. When I explained that with Covid, of course I washed it before wearing it she was of no help. She did tell me I could buy another one… What a great customer service solution! Clearly faulty goods and likely based on the fact that they have them facing a window where the sun comes in. I returned to the store to exchange it for another one and the shop assistant told me that "this is how it was designed but if you don't like it you can take a look and find another one".
