I took in my ThinkPad 13 because it would not boot up. Edisson checked it and confirmed that it was, indeed, dead. He said that it would need a new motherboard because the graphic and video cards are built into the motherboard. He quietly discouraged me from having this done because the cost would likely make replacing the computer a better choice. While he gave me bad news about my computer his personal and professional manner assured that I would see him again with any future computer or phone problems.Iain Edisson came through with prompt and professional service and a friendly and helpful manner. This is now my third review of Edisson and Tech Solutions in East Hampton. I dropped my LG V50 and cracked the screen. Edisson obtained the replacement screen and installed it promptly. Once again I am very happy to have him to take care of my devices. Consider this another 5-star review!

This is at least my 4th 5-star review of Edisson Cocios at Tech Solutions in East Hampton. Note: He is now in a new space at 10 Main Street.

Two days ago was working with 2 laptops together when they both started to slow. As I tried to get them to run normally they simultaneously became unusuable. Yesterday I took them to Edisson. He ran diagnostics and then recalibrated them. The most likely culprit was my attempt to fix them myself.

Edisson is a top-notch technician. I know this from the work he has done for me. Happily, Edisson is personally a very good man whose calm and reassuring manner lets me know that I and my devices are in hands...

We have used Tech Solutions in East Hampton many times. More times than we can remember. Why do we keep using them? Because Edison Santiago is just that good! Affordable as well. He has installed a generator transfer switch for us, so we can run a house generator. He has repaired electrical circuits. Fixed electrical components. Installed outside lighting and security lights, among other things. Besides being a very nice guy, Edison is an absolute wiz when it comes to figuring out how to fix a problem or how to install electrical systems that can be controlled remotely. He gets the job done quickly, and once it's fixed. It done. No more worries. No more problems. He's that good. He also has repaired our laptop computer. I recommend him without hesitation. I came here with 2 laptops needing repairs; my 5 year old Macbook Pro suddenly had a pink broken screen, and my 3 year old Microsoft Surface's hard drive unexpectedly crashed a few months ago. Edisson instantly knew what to do with each computer to get them both fixed for me. Just over 24 hours after dropping them off, he called me and said both of them were ready to be picked up.
