What an absolutely AMAZING company! I got one of their bracelets a couple years ago to celebrate my first year of sobriety as a gift from my Mother. It has my wife and children's names engraved on it with beautiful onyx beads. I absolutely adore it and it moved me to tears when I got it.

After a couple years of wearing it, I accidentally broke it and was beside myself! I tried to buy wires and learn how to crimp. After multiple unsuccessful attempts (I blame on being a guy lol) I threw my hands in the air and figured I'd reach out.

The representatives were fast to reply, like within MINUTES! They were kind, understanding, a bit funny too. They said they could absolutely fix it for a very small fee and sent a shipping label to me immediately.

I wish I had reached out sooner but I figured with how much time passed owning it that I'd be turned away. These people were beyond happy to oblige and though the representatives weren't always the same person, the communication was absolutely seamless. I may as well have speaking to the same person. They were all so genuinely kind to me and answered any and all questions.

This company backs their products without question and they make stunning pieces! I've rarely if ever come upon a company that offers such a painless and inexpensive repair on their products while also genuinely happy to help. And they stand by their products.

Shout out to Alexander, Joshua, Peter, and Barbara. You all have been stellar to work with and I am deeply grateful. Great products make a company stand out but impeccable customer service makes me a loyal and lasting customer. Thank you all.

My wife and I had our first anniversary and I came across Talisa New York in my search. I was specifically looking for a necklace with her birthstone on it. When I looked at necklace options Talisa had, I came across the option to include 4 birthstones, 1 on each side. I pivoted and decided to make it more personal and meaningful.

Our first son was born in May, my wife’s birthday is September, mine is February and we got married in July! So I put one of each birthstone on a side of the necklace. Each side of the necklace was also personally engraved with the pillars of our marriage. The pillars for our marriage are: -Put God First -Practice Your Promise -Respect and Love -Have Serious Fun

I underestimated how long it would take to get personalized and shipped. I placed the order a week in advance of our anniversary thinking that would be enough time. But when the estimated ship date came out of past our anniversary, I emailed Talisa and asked if it would be possible to get it to our home by the anniversary date. They did it!

The customer service, professionalism in their communication, and their product are amazing! The necklace is beautiful! The stones are shiny! And the the personalized engraving is clear! Talisa does a great job!

Edited 03/07/2025: This company is a scam. Now months after an order or horrendous experiences they have the nerve to enroll me in their VIP subscription. I am not sure if this is an attempt to recover losses from my returned products? 4 months after ordering I was enrolled in the VIP subscription. This was not done at checkout. On my call in I was told this was an innocent mistake, but they would refund my money. Why would you enroll me 4 months after the fact?

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. I was really excited for this gift. It was a great idea in concept but extremely poor execution. I ordered the earrings for my wife as the location of our house where we have raised our family. The earrings arrived in time for Christmas, but when inspecting them before wrapping I noticed one earing was backwards (Photo 1). I contacted the customer support team and they said they would send a new pair but that it wouldn't arrive before Christmas. Well I figured fine so I gifted the earrings and the wife loved them. It took a few minutes once opened before I told her there was an issue, but the manufacture was sending a new set. A little disappointment, but it was manageable. About 2 weeks after Christmas the second set arrived and my wife opened and both earing were made backwards Photo 2. I contacted Talisa about the issue and provided a photo asking for it to be resolved again. They then emailed me saying they issued a refund and then harassed me for a week about returning the defective earrings. They did not even offer to make it right or say they were sorry about the mistake. With that we were both done with the idea of the earrings and...
