TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BURNED MY HAIR AND NOW HAVE BOLD SPOTS . WHEN I HAD BEAUTIFUL BLONDE HAIR & THICK LONG AND HEALTHY 😢🥺😭😩

I was treated very poorly while at the salon . Anna and one of the other stylists . Were completely disrespectful and burned my my hair that it’s falling out and have patches of bold spots when I use to have beautiful long thick hair . While getting my hair done the 2 stylists would pull my hair to a certain direction literally pull my hair . It gets worse while conducting business on my phone for my business she yanks the phone out of my hand and tells me she need time to put away my phone . I couldn’t believe w she yanked the phone out of my hand I am 32 years old . ( she did give it back but with the worst attitude . My sister got her hair done that day as well and since the second she sat down in one of the stylists chair she was being told how damaged her hair was and not in good condition and how stringy it looks . So after the 10th time this comment being made to her she politely said “ listen we are all women and we have some damage in our hair and mentioned “ you have a little stringy parts of ur hair but it’s still beautiful “ . Her stylists at the time became angry . She teamed up with all the other catty women at the salon and they began to bully her . I could not believe what I was seeing and hearing . Then when things calmed down she purposely which I beeline was purposely poured the entire color mixed in the plate on her hair that it ended up going into Her eyes and ruined her hair . THIS WAS THE WORDT EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WHILE GETTING MY HAIR DONE WITH NY FAMILY. All the stylists not only Anna were completely unprofessional catty and bullies . I advice everyone who is reading this NOT TO GO TO THIS SALONz they ruined my beautiful thick blonde...

I love this place! It’s always very clean and everyone is always so friendly. As soon as you come in they’d take your jacket or coat and offer you a drink. I’ve always been seen on the time that the appointment was scheduled which is a huge plus for me because I get very impatient hahaha Sasha is amazing! Lately I’ve been going there looking into trying new things and she’s very good at suggesting things that compliment me. Sasha is easy to talk to and always makes sure you’re satisfied before you leave. I went from dark to greyish to reddish and I was so nervous. I’ve also gotten different style of haircuts. I always love the results! I feel fabulous walking out those doors every time she does my hair hahaha….. also the assistant Maria is so gentle and sweet! When washing my hair she’s careful not to get water all over the place nor to pull my hair when untangling it (which I’m very grateful) Overall, all my experiences have been wonderful. Our experience at this salon was nothing short of terrible. Dila is by far the most disrespectful and condescending person we’ve ever encountered in a professional setting. Despite being repeat customers, she scheduled us for an appointment, then claimed she “overbooked” and bumped us an hour later — no apology, just indifference.

We showed up promptly for the new time, dressed and prepared for a family member’s wedding, only to be kept waiting another 45 minutes without so much as a greeting or explanation. She completely ignored us as if we weren’t even there.

We eventually left without receiving any service — frustrated, insulted, and stunned at the lack of basic professionalism by Dila.
