I recently visited Taco Project in Bronxville and had an exceptional dining experience thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by our server, Erick. From the moment we were seated, he greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and made us feel right at home.
Throughout the meal, Erick was attentive and thoughtful, making sure that our drinks were never empty and that our orders were taken in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable about the menu and was happy to provide recommendations on both food and drink.
One particular instance that stood out to me was when I mentioned to Erick that I had a gluten allergy. He immediately went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was prepared safely and without any cross-contamination. He even checked in with me throughout the meal to make sure everything was okay.
Erick's professionalism and attention to detail truly made our dining experience at Taco Project a memorable one. His friendly and accommodating demeanor added to the already wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant, and we left feeling satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service we had received.
In addition to the great service, the food at Taco Project was delicious. The tacos were fresh and flavorful, and the guacamole and chips were the perfect starter. The drinks menu was also impressive, with a wide selection of margaritas and other cocktails, as well as Mexican beers.
Overall, I highly recommend Taco Project to anyone looking for a delicious meal and exceptional service in Bronxville. Thanks again to Erick and the entire staff for a wonderful...

I ordered the shrimp taco and chorizo taco plates each came to a little over $8 each. It comes with two tacos per order so I had four tacos in total, along with their Mexican Corn (Elotes) starter which was about $4.
The first issue I encountered was the shrimp taco; the shrimp was battered and it tasted good, but I felt like I had to be careful when chewing, to not chop up the roof of my mouth with the hardness of the batter. It was like I shoved a bunch of the left over broken potato chips at the bottom of a bag in my mouth, I could feel the sharpness of the batter as I carefully crunched down on it.
The second issue I encountered was with the chorizo taco; there was no flavor. It was a real let down as I was looking forward to the distinct flavor that a good chorizo has. It wasn't even flavorful in ways that meat in general is flavorful. It just fell flat for me.
The elote was good; it had a decent kick to it, but that was it.
I went there when it started to get busy, so it seems like a pretty good evening crowd visits this place. It has nice relaxed feel where you could easily stop by for a quick bite.
All in all, food was a bit "meh", I felt the price was a bit high for the quality I got, since I could easily head to another taco spot in Port Chester and get higher quality tacos at...

I recently visited The Taco Project and had a solid experience overall. The restaurant has a modern yet casual vibe, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a laid-back meal with friends. The menu offers a good variety of tacos, burritos, bowls, and other Mexican-inspired dishes, along with some creative cocktails.
I tried the Carne Asada Taco and the Taco, both of which were flavorful and fresh. The carne asada had a nice smoky char, though it was slightly on the salty side. The Al Pastor tacos were well-seasoned, topped with pineapple with a tangy twist. The guacamole was fresh but a bit on the smaller side for the price. The street corn was well flavored tangy and sweet! Hit the spot. The wings had a smoky taste ,crunchy, juicy cooked to perfection with a slight Heat to them!
Service was fast and friendly, and the food came out quickly. Pricing is reasonable for the quality, though portions could be slightly bigger. The ambiance was casual and clean, making it a comfortable place to eat.
Overall, The Taco Project is a solid choice if you’re craving tacos with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. While there are minor areas for improvement, I’d definitely return to try more of their...
