Watson's Chocolates — Local services in Town of Ellicottville

We were visiting ellicotville and stopped in for ice cream since it was highly rated. The ice cream was tasty and fresh; Perry’s brand. The woman working the counter was so rude. My 3 year old wanted a vanilla ice cream cone with a cherry on top and she refused to put a cherry on it. So I asked if I could buy a cherry on the side and she got angry about it! Over one cherry?? Thankfully she gave in and charged me for the dang cherry. She gave me one singular cherry in a bowl and I had to set it on the ice cream cone myself. Such a bizarre way to act over something so minor. Then I had ordered two more items and after making one, she walked away from the counter. I was left standing there waiting and rather than ask me if I was waiting for something else, she yelled at the other person working “did she order more?” And he has to tell her what else I got. I really liked this local candy shop. As would be expected, locally made candy is not always that cheap. They have some excellent chocolate options, both individual pieces and box sets. The staff was friendly and helped me know which one was best to get as a gift.

I purchased six fruit flavored taffy for myself: banana, strawberry, and another berry one. They were about as long as a pen and as thick as two and a half pens combined. I ate three of them before arriving at the Buffalo airport. It is a very sticky taffy, so eat it carefully if you;ve had work on your teeth. But oooh sooo good.

I was in this shop looking to purchase chocolates, no one even noticed I was there. After a 5 minute wait, I decided to come back later. NOT ANY SERVICE!!!! the line at the register did not move "at all" and the other staff was busy arainging things behind the counter!!! SAD!!!! I was not about to spend my whole day waiting. In response to owner; It was not busy in there at all, I was one of maybe 5 people, Given what you offer, that was a light day.
