I hear this is a corporate store. Well you would think that the employees would be more helpful and knowledgeable. Very rude, not helpful! You have to ask them for help no one asked me if I needed anything or greeted me. When I asked for help they all were stand around talking to one another and seemed annoyed that I asked for help. I own quite a bit of jewelry from pandora that I have bought in Madison, online, and in Punta Cana. As much money that I have spent with this company I don’t feel like I should have bn treated this way. They Asian guy was the one who helped after I asked for help did not have a clue what he was doing. When I asked for a manager they were in a group talking and was annoyed that I broke the conversation up. When I asked them about a pice I was wearing they told me it was not from pandora and was probably from Jared and they could not help so I should go there! I have never in my life been to a Jared. Not very knowledgeable people! They didn’t even know there own items. Also as I was in the store an African American woman walks in and that is were there focus went after that. Lots of whispers. Just unbelievable! And again this is corporate store! I never go back to Appleton Fox River Mall Pandora! Only one star because it makes me leave...

The WOW factor is big here. Pandora Jewelry has expanded to much more than the original bracelet and charms gift idea that I once associated it with when I received my first bracelet (now 10+ old and still looking brand new).

Which speaking of my bracelet....10 years later and I can still bring it in for cleaning. Talk about exceptional follow through with long time care and commitment to customers.

During the cleaning,however, I was able to take a look around...and I wish I could have taken a photo of everything. But I will leave it to you to stop in for yourself. Note: the store carries a fraction of the plethora of items that are available. There are so many items that Pandora carries that it has it’s own catalog...you can stop in and receive for yourself. (Or probably request online). I would highly recommend going to this location to pick one up...rather than waiting for snail mail....Especially with Christmas right around the corner!

Don't get your kids ear pierced here, waste of money super painful experience for my 6 year old. Back piece was put on super tightly her ear was purple right away! They wouldn't replace my daughters $80 14k earring I purchased when the gem fell out from when the woman was mishandling the gun and it also got stuck while piercing. They wanted to take out the earring to exchange it out. I told them no and why not just give us the earring and when it heals we can change it out. WASTE OF MONEY! Don't waste your time they didn't want to help resolve anything even at their own fault! my daughter was bawling and in pain I was not going to have them do it again smh. Go down to ICING OR SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will have to loosen it when she sleeps but as far as the experience yikes never again! Waste of money and not a good experience for my little! Super traumatic! I asked how refund work since it was her fault! They said they could also take the earrings out for a refund wow! I just said forget...
