He was very patient and really knew what he was doing when it came to the embroidery. They digitized the image of our logo and completed the job start to finish. I would recommend that anyone looking for custom hats go see Eric, you will not be disappointed.

Was in store for 15-20 mins. 2 employees, 1 was on phone and other was waiting for snitching machine. Neither asked for if i needed help or questions. Waited at corner to checkout. Neither came over.
