Iâm a big fan of VS. When my adult daughters first gifted me with items from VS I was 48 years old. My face turned 3 shades of red. I thought they were teasing me, or maybe trying to encourage me to see myself as worthy of a little silk and lace. Theyâd smile and say, âMom, even if no one else sees it, youâll feel sexy and know.â (My ex-husband had moved in with another woman half my age). VS did add an unexpected boost to my self image. What really made me a fan was the quality, fit, durability and softness. They maintain their newness after a year of wash cycles. I noticed that VS had bras that were made for supporting my back, with straps that didnât constantly fall off my petite shoulders. Even though I am OCD about being thrifty, Iâd pay $25 more for all that without feeling guilty! My daughter and I recently made a special visit to VS for yoga pants. Unfortunately, the in-store representative said VS no longer honors on-line sale prices. My daughter and I prefer seeing the actual item before buying, especially if we want more than one. We would have bought several pairs if they had honored the price. The visit was helpful because I learned that VS yoga pants come in three different lengths. Nice! Hey, VS, please begin honoring your online prices inside stores again! I think people will be more confident about buying larger quantities...

Normally I'm not the biggest VS fan but I came here in a pinch before my vacation to grab a bra. Marissa helped me and I ended up leaving with 4 bras instead of just 1 like I intended to. From what I saw Marissa was the only girl in VS but she was still just as great as ever to me and made me feel like the only customer in the store, while still greeting new customers walking in (I had to be measured, didn't know exactly what I was looking for, the whole nine yards). She listened to everything I said patiently, showed me everything new and came to the fitting room to check how I liked what we picked out. All this is pretty normal for customer service, but Marissa did it so graciously and effortlessly. It felt like I was shopping with a friend.
I've been a retail manager almost my whole career. Not often do I meet people like Marissa. She is an excellent saleswoman in every aspect possible. Give that girl a raise and all the love possible before another company realizes what a gem you have and tries to steal her!!!
I didn't plan on coming to VS after my panic trip last week, because Eastview has put such a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be back 100%, but only to shop...
Read moreI had a terrible and frustrating experience at the Victoria secret at Greece Ridge mall on Friday, December 8 around 8:45 pm. I stopped in and found two items that I really wanted to purchase but did not have my Victoriaâs Secret credit card coupons with me. I asked the manager if she could give me a courtesy and honor the coupon with my Victoriaâs Secret card showing I was a member. She said told NO , You would have to have the coupon or come back with it! She was rude and condenscending and kept repeating the same things over and over again. wake up Victoria secret!!! why canât you do what banana republic does and text or email the damn coupon so the customer always has access to them regardless of when their shopping ( on the fly or planned) and it would encourage customers to purchase more product. Clearly you donât train your staff or managers to have solutions that are customer focused. needless to say I left the $60 item at the desk and didnât...
