Terrible service. The manager and his employees were very rude. We ordered a phone for in store pick up with Verizon. They sent an email saying that the phone was ready to be picked up, but then said that we needed an appointment and had to come back. They did not call when they said they would. The phone they sold me was not working because of a mistake on their end and I had to spend 3 hours on the phone with Verizon to figure out what was wrong (their employee scanned the wrong phone). They have done nothing to rectify the situation and have made false promises throughout. When buying a new phone through Verizon, opt to wait for the mail because Victra in Tarrytown has terrible service, they are unhelpful, and they do not treat their customers with respect. Read moreI had a wonderful experience at the Verizon store in Tarrytown. My mom was looking to purchase her first smartphone, and I was looking to upgrade to a bigger iPhone. Anthony helped us find the perfect phone for my mom, and did not try to upsell or steer us in a different direction. He also was very patient in answering our questions, and even put the screen protector on my mom's phone. I took off one star because the store is quite small, so I could imagine there being a long wait on a weekend, and they didn't have as many phone models and accessories as a larger store. Verizon does not permit the store to replace the phone with an early upgrade if the screen is not working, so Adrian called the corporate office to see if he could make an exception since there was clearly no external damage to the phone that was causing it not to work. The office did not allow him to exchange it and told me it would take 3-5 days for me to get another phone. When Adrian heard this he spoke with them and by the end of the conversation, which took a while, because he refused to give up, had managed to get the new phone...
