I walked into this hidden shop in Oceanside, NY. To my surprise, my first impression was it's a very well-organized shop with supplements, prepped meals, freshly made smoothies with produce and products from local vendors, Empire Swag ( Branded clothing), and many more features! The customer service was excellent, A1! I liked the atmosphere the most. It felt homey, unlike if you walk into a regular supplement store just to buy supplies in and out type of ordeal!
