I was just there. So the sales man comes over to me and asks me if I needed anything. I start telling him how I needed a pump for my pool when a man steps over to him and starts telling him about his problem. He literally leaves me there standing and waiting and he leaves to the back with the other gentleman. I always have a bad experience with service there. I was even surprised when the man came over to ask me what I needed because they usually don't. So I was impressed. But he totally left me hanging for the other man it was so rude, so I left. Never going back there again. I go because it's closes to me, but now I rather make the extra trip and give someone else my money. I'm done with leslie pools. So...

The worst customer service. We live near by so we use the store when we need small items. Every time we go in the service is horrible the staff is inept in pool servicing and rude. You can't really blame the employees because the manager is by far the worst. I was opening my pool and sent my wife for some simple "O" rings. Knowing how dumb they are there I gave her a fitting to match the size. Sure enough they tell her they don't have the correct Item that they need the model number so they can order them. All we can say is John is the man!! We have been having pool issues since last season. Algae and cloudy water continually. We've spent a fortune on chems. He tested our water yesterday - perfect! So John says, "Lets troubleshoot. Let's start with the pool." Turns out the filter Intex provides is not sufficient for the pool size. He showed us the appropriate filter and didn't pressure us into buying it. Wanting a clear pool we bought it and less than 12-hours later our pool is crystal clear. Chems still good.
