I reached out to them on Instagram with pictures of product I was looking to sell. They told me they were interested and wanted to work something out. They told me to come down the store with the product I intended to sell. I drove 30 minutes to the store and as soon as I walked in they told me they weren’t interested. They didn’t even look at the product or anything. They said that “summer is ending so we’re gonna pass.” I’m not upset that they didn’t purchase what I was looking to sell, more so i’m upset that I trusted their word and credibility and had my time wasted driving to the store. They could have just told me on Instagram that summer is ending and that they were gonna pass instead of wasting my time. I provided multiple clear cut pictures of the product on Instagram DMs for them to see. Atrocious customer service and a discerning lack of credibility and integrity. I’ve been coming here since their grand opening 5 years ago and still visit as frequently as I can to this day. That’s just how good they are. From buying to selling, they are as fair and knowledgeable as can be. Their inventory is stacked so without a doubt you’ll definitely find something you like. Amazing gem in the heart of Huntington. The owners are super friendly and awesome. They have an awesome collection of vintage t-shirts, sneakers, jerseys, and other cool little stuff. Their Harley Davidson collection is really impressive which they hooked me up before going to Daytona for bike week! You can tell they definitely go out of their way to find these original vintage items. Andres is extremely knowledgeable in the history of these items and taught me a lot.
