What a nightmare this store created for us. My husband wanted to open up a plan which included us, his sister, and his sisters wife. We had done some prior research and knew we wanted a Military plan, as my husband is a disabled veteran. All we cared about was unlimited call/text/data and ability to text while abroad. Our sales associate (I think his name began with a U) told us this was a bad idea, and that we would get NONE of those features on the military plan. He said the military discount is not a real discount, and is essentially a scam because we pay less but get far less features. He scammed us into a more expensive plan, made a mess of our phone numbers as he transferred over the ONE number we did NOT want on this plan and gave us 2 random lines we didnât want, and we went home to transfer the rest of the numbers ourselves. He also at some point took my sister in laws phone and swiped through and e-signed the documents FOR HER without her being able to read them first. We later found out that night while on the phone with T-Mobile that the military plan was the EXACT plan he had signed us up for, just at a substantially lower price. And we could keep all of the features, nothing is different except for the price. A TRUE military discount. We spent 2 days and countless hours on the phone trying to fix this mess. What an embarrassment to lie to a US veteran and his family about discounts he so rightfully deserves....
   Read moreI didn't have a positive experience with this location. In early spring we connected 3 lines while upgrading two phones. I was told by the store representative that one of the phones we were trading in (iphone 6) would result in a $250 credit that would be credited back to my account after the second billing cycle over a 24 month period. I never received this credit and visited the store twice only to be told that the promotion had expired a month prior to our original visit but the store would take care of us. Well, I'm still waiting to be taken care of and have yet to hear back. Secondly, a week after setting up our family plan a store representative changed my plan without my knowledge and moved us up to a more premium plan. I only found this out by reviewing my plan online and speaking with a corporate representative. Why were we upgraded, who knows but it definitely was done without my consent. T-Mobile corporate has been great to communicate with directly, but be careful...
   Read moreMy experience with store to receive my replacement phone and activate the replacement New workers no experience in customer service and technical assistance and no consideration for customers time and need I have to come to the store 3 times for lack of experience and I got them the customer service 611 assistance , she told him all the paper work was done and cleared by them , he agreed and hang up , then ask me to come back later because even I am the business account owner but not an authorized person on the account, a lot of delay and no experience no back up from his technical manger , I have to go back and forth to the store 3 times because he was not able to see the next button on the form and claim I am not an authorized customer My previous experience with the same store and a better employee was better but it seems new owners...
