I have never felt so disrespected walking into a business as I did today. This was our second time there and will be the last. As soon as I walk in with my two kids the woman at the desk immediately said “EXCUSE ME THIS IS PRIVATE EVENT”. Not a hello how are you? Not Hi so sorry we have a private event. She said there is a sign at the door! Mind you this sign was almost as small as an index card. Sorry I missed it 😂 it was pouring outside and I was trying to get my kids in. This is not a way to treat customers. It takes only 1x time to discourage a customer from returning and that was it for us....

I had an enjoyable time here but I’ve called multiple times (at least four) over the course of a month & haven’t gotten my piece back yet. My toddler did it & it was a gift for my mother. I went in early enough… I needed the piece back in two weeks. In a few days it will be a month. Every time I call they say it’ll be ready soon but I’m starting to think maybe they lost it or it broke. I would be so sad if that were the case but would understand & would appreciate the honesty. We have always had such great experiences here. My girls have signed up for several of their special occasion classes (like Christmas platters and Mother's Day vases) and everything is always so adorable and personal with their hand prints, foot prints or drawings. The quality is extremely durable and dishwasher safe. Staci and her staff are so warm and helpful. They have so much patience with the little ones.
