Verizon — Local services in Town of Huntington

I wanted to recognize Steve at this store, I showed up on a Friday with a time-critical situation involving an iPhone data transfer, Steve knew exactly what needed to happen and got it done lickety-split. This is a phone for a physician overseeing an intensive-care unit at a flagship hospital, and Steve made it happen. The solution was somewhat complicated, and Steve clearly had the knowledge and expertise to come through in a real pinch and save our hides. Thank you Steve!! ALSO: while I was waiting for my phone to un-screw itself, I overheard a female rep working with a older woman who needed to change her service, the rep was making a concerted effort to make sure she identified all the possible discounts the customer could receive. I found that beautiful, and rather than squeezing that customer for every last dime, that rep was working on developing a repeat client. It began when I ordered my iPhone 6 and found a new number magically appear on my family's plan a short time later. Not necessary, I've had my number for over 10 years and would like to keep it. A month later the phone arrived and was placed on the correct line. While picking up I felt it opportune to do a free upgrade for my wife's phone, still on her family's plan at the time. With the insurance plan also applied, I found myself calling the insurance company not too long after, only to find out there was no plan on my wife's line and so I canceled a policy on some other line before I incur more charges on what might be a non-existent line again. As it turned out it was my mother in laws line which I have now memorized and the insurance has since expired due to my "voluntary removal." Contact with the store has made no effort to fix...

After a horrendous experiece at the Route 110 verizon store in Huntington Station, I swore I would never set foot in that store again. The employees were rude and incompetent. Client Service did not exist. They never sent me my receipt from ordering my I phone 6. As a result, my order for my I-Phone 6 disappeared and I had to reorder the phone and wait an extra week.

Needing to activate my phone, I tried the Verizon store on Main street in Huntington village. WHAT A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HELL AND HEAVEN. Sam was most helpful and patient. He took the time to answer my questions and actually cared that he was providing me with the best client experience that I could have.

I will only use this store in the future and Ssam shoutd be promoted and is an asset to your organization. ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE LIKE HIM
