Express — Local services in Town of Huntington

Was with a friend as she was checking out with a few hundred dollars worth of clothing (basically falling out of her hands) not 1 employee (more employees around more than customers mind you) paid any mind to my friend carrying all these clothes waiting to check out and didn’t approach her once to grab them and help get her checked out (meanwhile most of the employees were focusing on 1 person being there for a return), avoiding any eye contact with her the whole time the person was making a return (which I can’t even tell you how long it was just standing there) then we finally make it up to the register and not one employee nor the one helping us took the clothes out of my friends hands to help her out and didn’t apologize for the wait, nothing. Just was standing there like a statue and not one word at all as we said we are done and just walked right out. Did not deserve the the business one bit. Sorry it is your job to help out the customers and serve them as that is what you signed up for....

I wish I could give less than one review. Terrible staff with a lot of attitude. I bought a suit for my husband which he didn’t like and I ended up returning it. One of its tag fell off and she refuses to take the suit back. She said I can’t take this return I have to see the manager and when I asked her when will manager be here she said I can’t give you that information. I ended up calling customer service, they talk to her and she said “quality is compromised”. Customer service said since it was a store purchase it has to be return at store and I can try another express store. I went to the smith haven mall express shop and they didn’t even question it and took it back. Staff was not helpful and even by asking gently everything she was at the edge and ready to argue for no reason....

The manager Brendon went above and beyond for me not only helping me with a purchase from a previous time, but being so patient and considerate with assistance on new items.
