Ulta Beauty — Local services in Town of Islip

I love Ulta and was happy to have a location near me and outside of the Mall, but I keep having bad experiences. The employees that i have encountered at this location aren't that kind or helpful, and theh refuse to scan coupons or honor sales when there is signs. I have had issues on more than one occasion. The last encounter the girl refused to scan my coupon because my item was prestige. The coupon said it was good for prestige items. After some back and forth I finally got her to scan it and it worked. I feel like I leave frustrated every time. Ill be shopping other locations...
