Title: Terrible Service by Linda: A Nightmare Return Experience
Review:
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Linda while attempting to return a shirt at a store where I spent a substantial amount of money. To say that my experience was poor would be an understatement. Linda's abysmal customer service and the way she handled my return left me utterly appalled and frustrated.
Firstly, I had purchased items worth $300.00 from this store, which should have entitled me to a reasonable level of service and assistance. However, when I approached Linda to initiate the return process for a simple $60.00 shirt, things quickly went downhill.
To my astonishment, Linda began by scrutinizing the shirt as if it were a piece of evidence in a criminal investigation. She claimed that the shirt was too wrinkled to accept as a return, despite the fact that I never wore it. It was clearly in perfect condition, with the tags still attached. Her refusal to accept the return based on such a trivial reason was not only unprofessional but also utterly absurd.
To add insult to injury, Linda had the audacity to inform me that she was doing me a favor by even considering returning the shirt. This condescending attitude was completely uncalled for and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers. It left me feeling belittled and undervalued as a paying customer.
I was appalled by Linda's lack of basic customer service skills and her refusal to acknowledge my rights as a consumer. As a result of her unprofessional behavior, I left the store with my refund, but empty-handed, feeling frustrated and disrespected. I wouldn’t waste my hard earned money at that establishment. The experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.
In conclusion, Linda's handling of my return was nothing short of a nightmare. Her unwarranted scrutiny, refusal to accept a perfectly fine item, and her claim of doing me a favor were all indicative of her poor understanding of customer service. I strongly advise others to steer clear of her and this store if they value professional treatment and respect...
Read moreThe worst online service ever. i ordered the Christian Louboutin patent leather Iriza 40.5 online and I rushed a order for next business day shipping. Saks had the order processing for an entire day. I never received a shipping confirmation and usually when you do next day shipping you should receive an email quicker than orders that has standard shipping. Then my order was cancelled by Saks and they did this without notifying me. My card was charged and never refunded. I called the customer service representative and told him it’s been three days and I still didn’t get my refund he said he was going to send an email out to his security department. The sales representative told me to call my bank and Dispute the charge. Why would he say that? That doesn’t make any since. So I said your quick to process my money but when it comes to my refund you have to send an email. So he was rude and said oh well can I help you with something else. Never ordering from them again . The worst online...
Read moreI recently had a troubling experience at Saks this evening that highlighted a serious issue with their customer service. During my visit, a couple was asked to leave the store because their child was crying. This situation was handled by Jennifer, the store manager, who displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and empathy. In most retail environments, it's understood that children sometimes become upset, and staff are trained to handle such situations with care and understanding. Unfortunately, Jennifer's approach was anything but accommodating. Instead of offering a compassionate solution, she chose to expel them from the store, creating a distressing situation for both the parents and their children.
Her response not only lacked basic courtesy but also failed to reflect the customer-focused values one would expect from a manager in a service-oriented business. This experience was...
