About 40 minutes ago, I went into this store, and didn’t have enough money to purchase everything, so I asked one of the cashiers if I could hold it and I will get it in the morning, she didn’t think so, but asked Tyra, Kaia, or whoever, I girl with jet black dyed hair dressed all in black. Mind you, the store closes at 9:30pm. She said no, I said my child goes to school at 7am, she said we don’t open at 7..(I know that) and she said we can’t anyway especially tonight bc someone big is coming tomorrow, I said who “Santa” because I was literally grabbing Christmas things and already annoyed. She said no the CEO. Ok. So I bought my child a picture, and then asked to speak to the actual manager, a nicer woman (anyone would be nicer than the first person) and she said we can’t hold it overnight but I can hold it to the end of the night. I said ok. Obviously, I had to go to an atm. Before leaving, I said to her by the way, who’s coming tomorrow that I couldn’t get it in the morning. The manager looked puzzled. I said well she said the CEO. She said we just can’t hold things overnight. Tjmaxx has, home goods has, etc. so I drove to capital one to get money and then I said they aren’t getting my money, because the first girl lied and it aggravated me. So don’t lie, because you get written up and now you can be taken off your throne. Would never go back...

This store is truly exceptional. I would gladly award it six stars to reflect my high level of satisfaction. During my search for various items, I spent considerable time online, but it was by chance that I discovered this store while on a road trip. I was able to find everything I needed in the perfect sizes, which brought me immense joy. The prices are very reasonable, often even lower than the crap, I encountered online.

Visitors to my home consistently admire my rugs, decorative pillows, and other home accents. I always recommend that they visit Home Sense in Long Island. The location is convenient, and the staff members are courteous and eager to assist. The store is well-maintained, and the selection is extensive, ensuring that you will find whatever you seek.

Moving forward, I will no longer spend time shopping online for quality items at reasonable prices; I will make the trip to this store to acquire...

It is a lovely store. And Ryan from the Furniture Department was very helpful to my cousin... we will be returning to purchase a TV Table. But when we got to check out the cashier was rather inept and when she took my aunt's tender (gift card) she didn't seem to know if it would work... it was going to be a partial gift card/cash transaction. She took the WHOLE CASH AMOUNT... leaving my aunt with .21 cents on her gift card when I specifically told her to take the LESSER CASH AMOUNT thereby CLEARING THE WHOLE GIFT CARD!!! When initially presented with the Gift Card she said she didn't think it would go through unless it was a Store Gift Card. She must have missed her class on how to take Gift Cards and how take off security tags since she had an issue with that too. Lastly, I was asked if I wanted a bag for my 2 small items, I said yes please... like seriously??? No, I would rather carry my items in...
