I cannot overstate just how extraordinary my experience with Loucri Jewelers has been—they are absolutely unparalleled in their field! This may be a lengthy review, but I assure you, it’s worth every word. For quite some time, I had been searching for a specific watch. While I managed to find the model itself on several occasions, the exact dial and bezel combination I was seeking seemed nearly impossible to locate. Loucri Jewelers kept appearing in my searches, so I decided to explore their website. Although the exact watch wasn’t listed, something told me to reach out directly. I sent them a message on Facebook and promptly received a courteous response with a phone number to text. I explained my request in detail and even shared a photo of the specific watch I had in mind. To my astonishment, within just 20 or 30 minutes, they found it! Not only was the watch in pristine, mint condition, but it also came complete with its original box and papers. I was absolutely floored. After so much time spent searching, Loucri Jewelers achieved what felt impossible—and they did it in record time. Next came the moment I was most apprehensive about: the price. I’d let them know how long I’d been hunting for this particular watch (a rookie mistake, perhaps!), but when they provided the price, I was utterly speechless. It was below what I had anticipated paying. I couldn’t believe how seamlessly everything was falling into place. There was a slight hiccup with the payment process—let me emphasize that THIS WAS ENTIRELY MY FAULT. I wasn’t familiar with the platform we were using for the transaction, even though it was a common platform and my lack of experience caused the funds to be temporarily held for a few days. But I wanted to note this because despite this unforeseen delay, Lou’s patience and professionalism and understanding were nothing short of exemplary. The moment the payment cleared, he shipped the watch immediately, and it arrived in flawless condition. Now, I am proudly wearing the watch I’ve dreamed about and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the communication, customer service, and overall experience with Loucri Jewelers were nothing short of exceptional. I am deeply grateful to Lou and Loucri Jewelers for their dedication and remarkable service. I look forward to working with them again in the future and am already planning a visit to their store later this year. Well my journey starts years ago with Loucri Jewelers. I purchased this watch a few years ago, I bought this watch from them, and it arrived but did not fit, I was shaken down for several hundred dollars to make another link, which I can understand - some what, I paid for that and the shipping... HAD TO WAIT FOREVER. So I noticed I received this COA but it was from this company called GAI NOT GIA, which they slipped up on, called this company up, they could not find the SERIAL NUMBER on the document that was shipped with it. So now my red flags went up, I began to do my own investigating on it, I went to an Authorized Dealer, they wouldn't even touch the watch and said it must go to the manufacturer. Right before Covid, I dropped my watch off with my Jeweler who is a certified Gemologist for over 40 years.... He said the diamonds on the watch WERE NOT VS1 / VS2, He actually showed me under his equipment. So I got in touch with Angelo who says he is the owner, he said to ship it back and he will send it out for COA, that was last year 2020 and I have called and called to no avail, he does not answer his phone. More days pass by as I reach out to their HQ phone number (which is funny that my call wouldn't go through, but when I had someone from GA call, the phone call went through fine) STRANGE Spoke to Kristin, she really seems like a very nice person and told me that they will either ship my watch back or pay me for the watch. I have been waiting for ANYONE from Loucri to get back to me and I just read a comment that was from "the Owner" they said they never not get back to customers... What am I? Where is my watch? I keep getting either, I'll call you back or no phone calls what so ever. I'm hoping they will do the right thing.

I do believe the watch is real, but the band on it is not!! However it says the brand name on the band, which makes it counterfit and I won't sell anything counterfit.

I purchased a beautiful Breitling Chronomat Evolution for $3500 from this jewellers and initially all seemed good. The watch lost approximately 3-4 minutes per day (as opposed to the 3-4 seconds you should expect). This was the first indication the watch hadn't been serviced or checked before sale Shortly after taking delivery, the 30 minute 'rider' (small metal indicator on the bezel) fell off as it hadn't been screwed in properly. After several arguments, Loucri only part covered the cost of repair even though the watch was sold with a 1 year warranty. Worse still, the date function on the watch did not work (again not properly checked prior to sale) and rather than offering a fix or replacement, I was told to return the watch and get a refund. I sent the watch back but after agreeing to refund it seems to have 'gone missing' at which point the communication dried up.

I have no refund & no watch.

I strongly suggest you properly Google search reviews for this jewellers prior to any purchase as there are several very negative reviews about mis-sold luxury watches & jewellery.

If I ever get a fair resolve, I will happily remove this review...but something tells me they are...
