I had upgraded my phone through Tmobile customer service and as a courtesy the rep mailed it to the store. The staff in the store sent the phone back without even informing me that the phone arrived. When I called, their response was that they aren't allowed to receive phones even if it's from corporate. Now I have to go through all the hurdles and wait for corporate to receive my phone, get a refund and then I can re-order the phone again. This store does not care about the T-Mobile clients. I called an hour after it was delivered. I'm sure the phone was still on the site since the tracking shows no movement. Shame on you.
