I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service rendered at this location. I have been a MetroPCS customer for nearly 10 years and have never experienced such negligence. I purchased a new phone for my business line and upon checking out I asked the employee if I am able to return the phone should any issues arise. I was verbally informed by the employee "yes" you have 14 days to do so.
Unfortunately, the phone I received has malfunctioned on so many level I no longer wanted the phone. First I am unable to send/receive picture messages which is vital for my business. There are applications on the phone that are malfunctioning and the camera photos are very blurry/pixelated.
I go into the store within the 14 day period to explain all my issues only to be told "your device is final sale due to it being an upgrade and not a new line." I immediately said I was verbally informed by an employee that I could return within 14 days however that was later denied by the employee and there was no acknowledement by any employee or the manager regarding the misinformation I received.
While the return policy is printed on the receipt regarding returning devices for upgrades, the receipt is not given to you until after your purchase is completed. Therefore if a customer is verbally told the wrong information they have already completed the transaction and not being told of the policy until they see the reciept. These are horrible business practices and should be looked into immediately. I am now left with a device that cost nearly $400 and no acknowledgement from the store for the misinformstion I was given. I have been with Metro since 2015 and unfortunately this experience has caused me to look into other service providers for my business. This store is closer to me but I go out of my way to another store due to them being straight A, never do they understand when your trying to explain a problem always want to talk over you. Honestly they don't know what customer service is! Prefect example is just the other day i tried paying my bill outside in that little payable booth they have; only problem the machine doesn't give change! (ONLY WENT DUE TO IT BEING AN EMERGENCY) So i take myself inside and asked MAY I have change so i can pay my bill using the machine outside; this IDIOT said WE DON'T GIVE CHANGE?!
