One star - only because zero is not an option.

Bad food, bad service...all at overly high prices. Went last night and the entire experience was poor. Start off with the stale bread that was toasted in a weak attempt to "freshen" it up. Move on to the salad...greens that not even a rabbit would like and topped with a pungent, bitter house dressing...inedible.

Main course...everything burnt. Friends had salmon which they asked to have "cooked through" and that arrived looking like they had been left on a barbeque too long. I had a grilled chicken dish that consisted of two overcooked razor thin chicken breasts topped with burnt onions, peppers and mushrooms. The sides were two small potato wedges that were both hard and tasteless and some steamed broccoli rabe that would have been better had it been tasteless.

The only thing we had that tasted good was the coffee and some powdered sugar biscotti that was complimentary.

Service...what service? Our waitress made some poor attempts at humor then took almost 30 minutes to fill a drink order. The food orders were messed up and the entrees did not all arrive at the same time. Clearly they were understaffed on a busy Saturday night and the only positive from the poor service is that we were able to sit and talk to our friends without worrying about been chased out for the next group of diners.

$10 for the poor salad, entrees in the low to mid $20s...not too pricey but way too much for the poor quality they served.

I won't be going back and the wise would be well advised to stay...

I was told about this place by my sister. dying to go for quite some time. First off the hostess was very sweet and accommodating. For a Saturday night I told him I was going to be 30 minutes late they accommodated me and sat us within 5 minutes of arriving late. We stand sat down the waitress Gabrielle was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely courteous. We had appetizer which was truffle burrata. I thought the serving was a little small but considering all the food we ate after I'm glad it was that portion. I had the lobster bisque which was absolutely delicious. You can tell that they really used lobster shells and got all the flavor out of it. They were bits of lobster and chopped up shrimp inside of the bisque. I had chicken Frenchies with a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe it was rich and delicious. I also had the lobster ravioli. I added chop shrimp to it. It was also extremely rich and delicious. I paired it with a nice Pinot Grigio and guess what? It was an absolutely delicious meal from start to finish. I cannot begin to tell you how much I enjoyed the food here but the staff was extremely accommodating friendly and knowledgeable. The decor was very nice nice open concept restaurant. They put a lot of thought into the decor the lighting and the placement of the tables. I would highly recommend Casa Di Fratelli. It was a wonderful...

This was a big disappointment! My wife and I have gone here many times before Covid so, although it’s a ride, we made a reservation for a Saturday afternoon since we were meeting friends who live nearby. I asked for a specific table since they are not usually busy at that hour. Not only was the table not available but it was in the two thirds of the restaurant where a children’s birthday party was in progress. To say it was noisy would be a complete understatement. The restaurant certainly had an obligation to let us know this in advance but I guess the extra few bucks was more important than being honest with a long standing client. We certainly would have left if it was only the two of us. Getting to the food, two of us ordered the special lobster bisque. Obviously no one understood what bisque is because instead of a thick creamy soup, what we got was thin flavored water. My wife specifically requested that her pasta dish be drained before it was brought to the table. After it was brought and the waiter quickly left to service the party, I helped my wife to drain the excess liquid filling up a bowl that was left on the table. I could go on but needless to say I will never be returning. If you are even thinking of going, think twice and ask lots of...

This location is the perfect spot for special occasions and quality of good Italian food. In addition, we've been here several times- this weekend we came for a birthday dinner. We sat at the table and less than a minute we were asked for our drink order. We told the server, we just sat, give us a minute. The older Caucasian male with white hair became upset, walked away and said "whatever." I've never been told whatever in regards to a drink order. We asked for the wine list and informed the male, no wine list was given because we wanted a bottle of wine, which we ordered. The male got into a back and forth with us. We kept asking for a supervisor and was met with resistance from staff. Again, this service was terrible, we informed staff it was a birthday, no one came and sang happy birthday, none of this. In addition, finally at the end, we were told Tina was the fill in manager. Tina was apologetic for this terrible server's behavior and her staff members being deceiving with the manager working and not working. We had duck, pasta, chicken marsala and steak and lobster. We were ready to stop coming to location and Tina made it right by offering a gift certificate to continue with our business. We spend usually $300-$400 whenever we grab dinner here.

The food here is absolutely delicious. We went here prior to seeing a show at the NYCB theater in Westbury. Which is a five minute ride from this restaurant so an excellent choice for out-of-towners going to that venue. Back to the food. They start you out with bruschetta and warm bread. Both were very good and the bruschetta was a nice surprise. We split a meal of Chicken Francais which was tender in a delicious lemon sauce. It came with mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables. They do charge $8 for sharing a meal, but do a really nice job of splitting the meal in two and serving it in 2 different dishes. For dessert we had the pistachio tartufo and the homemade tortoni which was out of this world - the best tortoni I've ever had. The restaurant is warm and inviting and was very festively decorated for Christmas. Someone obviously spent a lot of time on the lights, Christmas trees, Christmas village, etc... Very nice! The service was effective and friendly and we felt welcomed. They do charge a surcharge for paying with a credit card, but unlike many other restaurants, this is listed right at the top of the menu which was appreciated. I highly recommend Casa di Fratelli.

I stopped into Casa Di Fratelli on a Wednesday night to catch up with a friend. The restaurant was quiet that evening, which was great, since we were able to have an enjoyable conversation and received attentive service. I ordered one of their specials for the night, a spaghetti shellfish medley with a lobster tail in a fra diavolo sauce. The sauce had a nice balance of heat and flavor, and the pasta was cooked to al dente perfection. But I was a bit disappointed by the seafood, which lacked the flavor that I was expecting. However, the dish as a whole was still quite enjoyable and the food was presented in a visually appealing manner with hefty portions. While my friend enjoyed their penne alla vodka entree, which we capped off with a delicious scoop of vanilla ice cream. If you’re in the area and looking for an Italian spot this is a great spot to checkout (they even have parking in the back!)
