scottie & paul handle business like no other shop i’ve come across. Prior to walking into westbury gold buyers i went to a shop right next to them & immediately was told to take my hands out of my pockets & to remove my hat that they felt nervous about me and my older brother being in the shop (wont make it a racial thing being that we are hispanic buuuut i wont say it wasnt racist since we were the only people of color in the shop😂) IMMEDIATELY left the store and went to WESTBURY GOLD BUYERS where Scottie made us feel like we belonged, made jokes got to know us & made sure to answer all of our questions with ease.

i brought in 2 fake broken chains & a real gold rope broken chain where he EASILY knew which was fake and which was real. which made my decision todo business there that much easier. He told me that the rope chain would be difficult to fix but not impossible he also warned me that there will be a possibility that the repair will be noticeable when i came to pick it up. When i came to pick it up it really looked like they went and bought a brand new chain because i couldnt notice the repair & on top of that he polished it for an unbeatable price. not to mention we’re both from the inner city so we clicked no questions asked. 10/10 review. they held my chain for almost a month because i went to texas and forgot they had it but made sure to remind me that they had it.

i will DEFINITELY be coming back to them .

I just called the store number listed . A man answered who sounded like he had just woken up….The website says they are 24 hours and Google is listed for them to be open at 10am. So I just called and asked what time they opened today to confirm. He says “What are you selling” and I told him “silver” and he says “ we are closed”, right away.
