My first time experience at the The Brow Beast was amazing! Booking my ombre brows was very simple and easy to do. All my questions were answered beforehand so I went in with an idea of what to expect. The location is well-kept and beautiful. She creates a positive and welcoming experience. At every step she let me know what she was doing next and what to expect. I followed the pre-procedure do's and don'ts so my discomfort was minimal. I couldn't believe I took a nap while getting them done! I'm very happy with my gorgeous results. When I got a look in the mirror I was thrilled -- literally the biggest smile ever! The symmetry was to perfection. She really works in excellence and made sure I was 100% satisfied and comfortable throughout the entire process. I have now had the pleasure of 2 Henna & Brow Shaping Luxe appointments with The Brow Beast, and the experience just keeps getting better! This time around Gabrielle was able to accommodate me with an earlier date for my appointment, even though I initially booked her for the 1st week in Oct.
