Update (visit 12/6/21): I haven't been dining-in for a while because the pandemic and being immunocompromised. The differences of mask laws differ from Long Island to NYC alone!
HOWEVER!
I am happy to report my favorite crepe chain T-Swirl Crepe has remained here in town and for their business, chooses to be a safer place to dine and yet remains to be the cozy space it is! I am sad I had to miss their recent anniversary, which they had lovely deals for crepes that day for T-Swirl members!
On my visit on 12/6, I got to see all of the pleasant changes they have made for what looks like to be for pleasant dining-in experiences, colorful to-go packaging (which I had a delicious savory crepe in, specifically the Vegetarian Lovers), and warmth it still holds due to the hands of those who manage it and those who work there.
Dressed for the holidays now it is like a dream, as under the beautiful sculptures of the crepes are picturesque models of wintery scenes! The lighting is relaxed and the music is hip! And because the town also takes the safety of people of AAPI heritage seriously, it is a definite safe place and also has a gender neutral bathroom (which adds to the comfort of the space, me being a transgender individual)! I love it here and can't wait to recover from my recent surgery so I can dine-in here again and just relax and enjoy the delicious crepes that they make out of gluten free rice flour, always full of a beautiful arrangement of ingredients, from sweet mixtures of ice cream and fruits and syrups, to savory mixture of vegetables, sauces and chicken that all resemble bouquets of flowers! Do enjoy yourself when you visit!
Original Review: This location is quite bigger than the Flushing location, but just as clean. It also faces a busy street. As usual, the crepe's are good, bouquets of yumminess! I hope this will be a chain that remains here. There are a couple of dessert places in this area, but the Japanese-style crepe is unique in its look and taste. Check it out! Also, the display of some of the crepes on the menu in the front are a great eyecatcher! Of course they are fake, but the best part is that the crepe's you are looking at look exactly like what you'll be eating! I recommend T-Swirl as a casual and hip place to enjoy Japanese-style crepes, both...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place takes the art of the Crepe to new heights. They have so many delicious creations (Try the strawberry Nutella!) to choose from and you can mix, match and make your own personal crepe any way you like. I'm a DoorDash driver and they always have my orders ready for delivery before I even get there. Fast, friendly service. If you've never tried this place and you like desserts, do yourself a favor and pop in and at least look at everything they have to offer.
Parking can be hard to find on Middleneck road during the evening, and the Nassau P.D. is very serious about ticketing double-parked vehicles (it creates a huge jam on such a small winding road).
Also as mentioned, you can always order delivery via DoorDash (sorry if that seems like a plug) and their fast service plus the number of active Dashers in the Great Neck area should get you your food very quickly.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like the small-town, Main Street feel of Great Neck. While strolling the main strip one day, we came across T-Swirl. We werenāt hungry for a meal, but thereās always room for dessert. I thought about ordering individual crepes, then took a chance on sharing one. The crepes are a decent size and definitely shareable (if you donāt mind the mess). If you get thirsty while devouring your crepe they do offer water cups upon request.
Their dessert crepes donāt taste much different than your standard crepe, although I understand that the āconesā are made from a different, rice-based material. I would go back try their savory crepe, but it might take some convincing for me to look at a crepe as a meal and not...
