I’ve always had good experiences here with David. When you are a local merchant and your customers could just as easily do business online, and they leave feeling cheated, that is a bad bad thing. I upgraded my phone with Ely this week. He’s a very fast talker and a very hardcore salesman. He talked me into replacing my Apple Premium and Netflix with Verizon at what seemed wonderful monthly fees. I had problems accessing my account and called Verizon to fix it. The agent went through my bill with me at my request. Ely replaced my Apple Premium with Apple Family (although I was extremely specific that I had and wanted Premium (and he quoted me for premium at my request). He did not do that, put me in Apple Family. On my bill, it said that if I currently had Apple Family, the Verizon subscription would replace it. If I had Apple Premium through Apple (which I do), I would be charged for BOTH. I might never have realized. He added Verizon Cloud, without mentioning it. I pay for Apple Cloud storage, again, an expensive monthly add-on which was not asked for or needed. I have Netflix, have had since I mailed back CDs. The Netflix account he sold me, knowing I already had one, was cheap because it’s with ads, which I would not want under any circumstance. He just ‘forgot’ to mention that. I did ask if it was a direct replacement and he assured me it was. I already had adequate hotspot coverage on my account, he added more without telling me or asking if I needed it. Again, a monthly add on that I might not notice and didn’t need. I prefer to use local merchants and I thought this one honest and reliable. I no longer think that. After 90 minutes with the Verizon agent, I reduced my monthly bill by almost $500/year without losing any service that I want or need. One shouldn’t have to have long call with Verizon after doing business here to make sure one hasn’t been cheated. Read moreIn one word- the customer service in this Verizon store is UNPARALLELED, PERSONAL and ABOVE & BEYOND (ok 3 words!). Before arriving at the store to purchase my new iphone- I had been on a 2-hour frustrating, unhelpful and confusing chat with corporate Verizon. Besides the dropped call and the unknowledgeable service - I was really surprised at just how bad the overall experience was. Initially, I believed it would be a faster solution than going into a physical brick and mortar but boy was I wrong- this was a royal waste of time. I finally put an end to my misery and did a quick google search and based on the stellar reviews I called this store- and thrilled I did. Both David and Anthony listen with real interest and are adept at helping you choose suitable products to fit your needs. They even took care of technical issues on an iPad I purchased from them over a year ago. There is a humanity in this store that you will find no place else. They treat their customers as guests in their home, not like a target they can score a sale off of. They are trust worthy, genuinely kind and always ready to do what is best for you.
