I came from Oneonta with 2 grandkids as I assumed your sneaker selection would be more than in Oneonta. Staff in the shoe dept weren’t much help. Had to get one just to acknowledge I was needing help in that dept. When either of the kids made a selection - they checked inventory and only twice did you have something. They would have us look at the little kiosk - but NO customer service - like we were bothering them! Walked into the store yesterday to buy basketball sneakers for my kids.
